Financial tips can certainly be helpful, but entrepreneur J.J. Chai reckons one size doesn't fit all so a healthy dose of scepticism is in order.
He believes that broad-based advice such as "everyone should invest in stocks" or "invest in property as soon as you can" should not just be adopted universally.
