SINGAPORE - Taking an aggressive approach to property investing is a key part of real estate entrepreneur Lorraine Tan's strategy to grow her wealth and meet longer-term goals.

Ms Tan never seems to let an opportunity go by. She sold her Build-To-Order flat in Punggol when it reached its minimum occupation period in 2017 and then sold the flats of 15 of her neighbours who were in the same position.
