SINGAPORE – Finance executive Jerry Pai faced his first big challenge when he was just 10 years old and sky-high on an international flight to a new home.
He and his family were moving from Taiwan to South Africa after his father saw an opportunity to set up a textile manufacturing business there in the early 1990s.
