SINGAPORE - Seeing assets grow in value is the icing on the cake for entrepreneur Percy Hung, whose property investing is motivated more by providing a roof over the head for family members.
"I invested in these properties mainly to provide my family with places to stay and so they do not have to worry about rent. Anything else is a welcome bonus," says Mr Hung, 38.
