SINGAPORE – Mr Vishay Pratap’s journey with money began at the tender age of 12 when he started to save his weekly allowance of $2 in his toy bank.
“I’d spend hours flipping through catalogues, excited about the idea of being able to buy a big-ticket item. But when I finally reached my goal, I’d hesitate to spend the money,” said Mr Pratap, now 30.
