SINGAPORE - Mr Jeffrey Goh’s understanding of digital payments was shaped not in meeting rooms, but at hawker centres where cash was king.
The co-founder and chief executive of e-payment services provider AXS became a regular at places such as Adam Food Centre and Tiong Bahru Market, initially just for meals.
