Ms Fadhillah Johari had always been interested in infocomm technology and was planning to upskill in the future, by adding data analytics and coding knowledge to her arsenal.
But losing her job as a support specialist in March last year, after the telecommunications start-up she worked for was restructured, pushed her to accelerate her plans.
