He didn't want his family to worry about rent - that set him going, and anything else was a bonus

Seeing assets grow in value is the icing on the cake for entrepreneur Percy Hung, whose property investments were motivated more by the thought of providing a roof over the head for family members.
"I invested in these properties mainly to provide my family with places to live and so they do not have to worry about rent. Anything else is a welcome bonus," says Mr Hung, 38.
