SINGAPORE - Relations between bosses and workers can get fraught at the best-run firms, but it might pay for all of us to take note of the lessons learnt from a bitter stand-off between a freelance tutor and his tuition centre.
Like many disputes, this one has a host of contradictory claims and counter-claims, but it focuses on the notion that all employers should treat their workers well, including those on freelance contracts.
