SINGAPORE – Despite a banking crisis, rising interest rates and a host of other issues, markets generally ended the first quarter of 2023 in good form.
So good that some bears, like Mr Michael Burry, made famous by author Michael Lewis’ book The Big Short, and Morgan Stanley chief US economist Michael Wilson, admit that they could have been off the mark in their sell calls.
