SINGAPORE - Singapore's advance estimates for gross domestic product (GDP) for the second quarter of 2015 will be released at 8am on July 14, the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) said on Tuesday.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in its quarterly survey in June showed that economists expect GDP to expand by 2.7 per cent on a year-on-year basis in the April-June quarter.

This is slightly higher than the 2.6 per cent expansion seen in the first quarter.

Compared to the previous quarter, GDP grew 3.2 percent in January-March on an annualised and seasonally adjusted basis. The government's full-year forecast is for Singapore's economy to expand 2-4 per cent in 2015.
