Most SMEs still doing well in Q3, index shows

Smaller firms here performed well in the third quarter, despite poorer business conditions amid tighter Covid-19 pandemic measures in July and August, data showed yesterday.
An index compiled by OCBC Bank showed an overall reading of 53.6 points for the three months to Sept 30, down from 59.5 in the April to June quarter.
