SINGAPORE - Smaller firms here performed relatively well in the third quarter compared with the second, despite poorer business conditions amid tighter Covid-19 pandemic measures in July and August, noted data on Friday (Nov 19).
An index compiled by OCBC Bank showed an overall reading of 53.6 points for the three months to Sept 30, down from 59.5 in the April to June quarter.
