Valuetronics proposes 1-for-10 bonus issue

SINGAPORE - Electronics manufacturing services provider Valuetronics is proposing a bonus issue of one new share for for every 10 existing shares in the company, it said in a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday morning (March 20).

The firm said the bonus issue will reflect the growth and expansion of its business, improving the trading liquidity of its shares, and recognise and reward shareholders for their continuing support and loyalty as the company marks the 10th anniversary of its listing.

A special general meeting will be held to approve the issue.

Shares of Valuetronics closed at S$0.765 last week.
