Two years into the coronavirus pandemic, the fashion industry, like many other consumer goods sectors, is still struggling with supply chain issues.

SINGAPORE - The days leading up to Chinese New Year are an important sales period for many fashion brands.
But as shoppers flocked to the stores last month, many retailers did not have a chance to cash in on Year of the Tiger sales with their new collections.
