SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Thursday (March 23), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,120.11 in early trade, up 0.06 per cent, or 1.92 points.
Around 259.2 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 159 to 25.
