SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened 1.09 per cent higher on Thursday (Nov 10), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,820.21 in early trade, up 1.09 per cent, or 30.33 points.

Around 105.7 million shares exchanged hands.

Gainers beat losers 137 to 33.
