SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Tuesday (Feb 23), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,682.01 in early trade, up 0.80 per cent, or 21.36 points.
Around 118.3 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 118 to 26.
