SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Wednesday (Dec 2), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,892.96 in early trade, up 0.79 per cent, or 22.7 points.
Around 85 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 100 to 40.
