SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Monday (Sept 18), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,231.29 in early trade, up 0.68 per cent, or 21.73 points.
About 82.6 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 87-36.
