SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,804.3 in early trade, up 0.65 per cent, or 18.17 points.
Around 25.3 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 75 to 30.
