SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Monday (July 24), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,314.12 in early trade, up 0.64 per cent, or 20.99 points.
Around 86.7 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 66 to 49.
