SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Monday (Feb 27), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,099.19 in early trade, down 0.57 per cent, or 17.84 points.
Around 211.8 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 100 to 98.
