SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,353.51 in early trade, up 0.44 per cent, or 14.65 points.
Around 33.7 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 76 to 37.
