SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,367.42 in early trade, up 0.42 per cent, or 13.97 points.
Around 289.1 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 146 to 68.
