SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Monday (Sept 25), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,233.52 in early trade, up 0.41 per cent, or 13.27 points.
About 58.2 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 75-29.
