SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Wednesday (Feb 22), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,105.81 in early trade, up 0.38 per cent, or 11.62 points.
Around 429.2 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 179 to 71.
