SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Tuesday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,208.47 in early trade, up 0.37 per cent, or 11.81 points.
Around 83.1 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 102 to 56.
