SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Thursday (April 13), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,186.01 in early trade, up 0.35 per cent, or 11.26 points.
Around 129.1 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 98 to 57.
