SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Monday (Feb 13), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,111.39 in early trade, up 0.35 per cent, or 11 points.
Around 123.7 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 115 to 46.
