SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,104.28 in early trade, down 0.32 per cent, or 9.97 points.
Around 90.8 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 79 to 54.
