SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Thursday (July 13), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,219.18 in early trade, up 0.32 per cent, or 10.27 points.
Around 75.9 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 87 to 30.
