SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Monday (April 11), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,800.02 in early trade, down 0.30 per cent, or 8.30 points.
Around 195.9 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 73 to 47.
