SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Tuesday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,075.4 in early trade, down 0.29 per cent, or 7.67 points.
Around 78.6 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 67 to 58.
