SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Tuesday (July 12), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,884.4 in early trade, up 0.28 per cent, or 8.26 points.
Around 78.4 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 80 to 34.
