SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Friday (April 29), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,855.56 in early trade, down 0.24 per cent, or 6.74 points.
Around 149.6 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 67 to 63.
