SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Tuesday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,381.12 in early trade, up 0.23 per cent, or 7.64 points.
Around 108.4 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 80 to 43.
