SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Tuesday (July 25), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,317.71 in early trade, up 0.21 per cent, or 6.91 points.
Around 107.8 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 79 to 61.
