SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Tuesday (July 18), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,292.76 in early trade, down 0.17 per cent, or 5.48 points.
Around 51.7 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 72 to 65.
