SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Tuesday (March 21), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,170.34 in early trade, up 0.15 per cent, or 4.64 points.
Around 50.6 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 81 to 45.
