SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Thursday (April 21), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,953.07 in early trade, up 0.11 per cent, or 3.12 points.
Around 116.8 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 90 to 47.
