SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened 0.09% higher on Thursday (Oct 27), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,831 in early trade, up 0.09 per cent, or 2.43 points.
Around 37.9 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 69 to 54.
