SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higherer on Tuesday (March 7), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,123.19 in early trade, up 0.05 per cent, or 1.68 points.
Around 172 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 113 to 66.
