SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,192.69 in early trade, up 0.04 per cent, or 1.3 points.
Around 44.7 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 68 to 56.
