SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Friday (July 21), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,294.45 in early trade, up 0.04 per cent, or 1.32 points.
Around 104.8 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 59 to 50.
