SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Monday (Aug 7), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,327.08 in early trade, up 0.02 per cent, or 0.56 points.
About 30.3 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 87 to 45.
