SINGAPORE - Singapore-listed Jasper Investments has entered into management contracts with two oil and gas firms capitalising on its experience to supplement its existing oil and gas business.

Jasper will provide commercial management services to Global Shipping for a fee of US$60,000 (S$81,400) per month, as well as to GoLNG for a fee of US$22,500, a company release issued on Monday stated.

Both appointments will take effect from Jul 6, 2015.

Global Shipping is active in the transportation and logistics for oil and gas, specifically Liquefied Natural Gas in South East Asia, while GoLNG which provides storage facilities, vessels and re-gasification plants.

Jasper also provides management services to Jasper Explorer Pte Ltd and Jasper Drilling Pte Ltd under Feb 2015 agreement with Green Star Drilling Limited.
