Reebonz: When the gloss came off a luxury retailer

SINGAPORE - Online retailer Reebonz seemed to fit salesperson Valerie Lim like an upmarket glove thanks to the posh products on offer and the bargain prices, but the gloss eventually began to wear off.

At first, it was a match made in heaven. "I like luxury items and don't necessarily want to spend the boutique price on a new item," said Ms Lim, 37.
