SINGAPORE - Construction and engineering firm Lian Beng Group announced on Thursday (July 21) that it has entered into a sale agreement to dispose its 10.43 per cent stake in Datapulse to Ng Cheow Chye for S$7.59 million in cash.
Datapulse is a mainboard-listed technology firm focusing on digital storage products and services. Mr Ng is the executive deputy chairman and chief executive of Datapulse.
Lian Beng shares dropped half a cent or 1.08 per cent to 46 Singapore cents on Thursday, while Datapulse shares closed flat at 21.5 Singapore cents.
