Creditors could file for its closure after court dismisses its application for scheme meeting

Local start-up Honestbee could be heading for liquidation after its application to convene a scheme meeting was dismissed by the High Court on Thursday.

The beleaguered firm is no longer under court protection from its creditors, which could pave the way for any of its 1,000 or so creditors to file a winding-up application against it.
